          { "q": "How long is the first visit?", "a": "Between 45 and 60 minutes. It includes the clinical interview, examination, any necessary tests and, where it adds information, ultrasound. Treatment also starts in that session: it is not only a diagnostic visit." },
          { "q": "What should I wear?", "a": "Comfortable clothing that allows movement and access to the area being treated: shorts or leggings and a t-shirt work well. If you come straight from work, you can change at the clinic." },
          { "q": "Should I bring previous reports or scans?", "a": "If you have X-rays, MRI scans, ultrasounds or reports from another professional, bring them. They are not essential, but they save time and avoid repeating tests." },
          { "q": "Can someone come with me?", "a": "Yes. For patients under 18, the first visit must be attended with a parent or legal guardian." }

          { "q": "How many sessions will I need?", "a": "It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. At the first visit we give a realistic estimate, usually four to eight sessions for an acute problem, and review it as you progress. If you are not improving as expected, we will say so and change the approach." },
          { "q": "How often are sessions?", "a": "Usually once or twice a week at first, spacing out as you improve and become more independent with the exercises. The exact schedule is agreed with you around your availability." },
          { "q": "Does the treatment hurt?", "a": "Some techniques cause brief, controlled discomfort, and it is normal to feel something like muscle soreness the next day. We never work beyond what you can tolerate: intensity is adjusted during the session." },
          { "q": "Can I keep training or working?", "a": "Almost always, with adaptations. Stopping completely is usually counterproductive. We adjust the load, not your whole life." },
          { "q": "Will you give me exercises for home?", "a": "Yes, always. Few, specific and adapted to the time and equipment you have. It is the part that holds the result once treatment ends." }
